On installation day we protect the home, set and level each piece, color-match seams, mount undermount sinks with rails/brackets, and seal the surface for daily use. You receive a clean-site handover, a care kit, and a defined timeline from start to finish.
Natural stone varies in shade and veining; final slab selection and seam placement are approved before fabrication. Not included by default: plumbing/electrical reconnections, cabinetry modifications, appliance moving, custom metal supports, slab backsplash or waterfall panels (unless scoped), and permit/HOA fees—available as add-ons. Typical lead time from template to installation is 1–3 weeks depending on material and scope. Workmanship warranty covers seams and installation quality; follow care guidelines for sealing and maintenance.

Granite, quartzite stone perform best outdoors. They resist UV, heat, and weather. We do not recommend engineered quartz (resin-based) for sun-exposed areas due to possible fading/yellowing.
UV-stable stones (many granites/quartzites) and porcelain hold color outdoors. We also use UV-rated adhesives and sealants. Resin-based quartz can discolor—so we avoid it outside.
We follow appliance clearances, add thermal breaks where needed, and avoid seams near cutouts. Stainless trim rings and heat-resistant setting materials are used; proper ventilation is planned with your grill installer.
Outdoor tops are typically 3 cm (or laminated edges to match). Overhangs beyond 10–12 in get concealed brackets or steel frames. All fasteners/supports are corrosion-resistant.
Seams are minimized, color-matched, and placed away from heat. We verify level, pitch where appropriate to shed water, and seal perimeter joints with exterior-grade sealants.
Yes masonry, steel, or outdoor-rated cabinets are fine. We check structure, level, and anchoring before templating; minor shimming or reinforcement can be included as scoped.
Granite/quartzite: clean with pH-neutral products and reseal periodically (usually 1x/year, usage dependent). Porcelain/sintered: generally no sealing. Use cutting boards, wipe spills, and cover appliances when not in use.
Most projects install 1–3 weeks after templating; installation is typically one day. KBreno warranties installation workmanship; product warranties follow the material manufacturer. Weather events and lack of maintenance aren’t covered.
