We begin with a site review—subfloor condition, moisture, room use, and traffic—then align material and underlayment choices. Layout, plank direction or tile pattern, transitions, and baseboards are confirmed up front for a seamless result.
During installation we acclimate wood, level and prep the subfloor, set large-format tile with lippage control, apply waterproofing where required, and install trims, stair nosings, and thresholds. Grout and seal are specified for durability and easy care.
